Hi,
I been running Drive Image (V5) on XP for several years without any problem until a couple of days ago when it suddenly started hanging on the spash screen.
Reading through various forums, I can see I'm not alone but no-one appears to know what causes the problem, or how to fix it.
Can anyone help, please...

No, hardware wise, I've added nothing.
Sofware wise, if installed nothing between the last time it worked and now when Drive Image won't work.
